RDPT PLUS JEJU SUMMER | RED DRAGON TEAM EVENT RETURNS

The Red Dragon Team Event returns on July 8–9 at RDPT PLUS Jeju Summer, with only 36 teams spots available!

More than just a team competition, this is your chance to battle side by side with your friends and go head-to-head with some of the poker’s top pros.

Register before June 20 to secure your spot. Each team must consist of 4 players, including at least one player who has never participated in a live RDPT event before.

Every team will receive an 8-night complimentary hotel stay along with custom team T-shirts.

But beyond the perks, the real reward is sharing the tables, the pressure, and the unforgettable moments with your closest friends.

Rules and Information

• All tournaments are subject to regulatory approval, unlimited re-entries allowed unless otherwise specified.
• Must be 19 or older and have a Casino Players Club card in order to play.
• There will be 15 minutes breaks as posted on the structure.

• All stacks will be put into play and blinded-off.
• Management reserves the right to change, cancel or alter any portion of the schedule and/or tournament.

• 4% Staff Charge

• 36 teams
• 4 players per team
• Day 1 will play two rounds of KO MTT, 4 teams will advance into the finals from the first round, the second round is the Resurrection round, teams that qualify for the resurrection round will compete for 4 more seats in the finals
• Day 2 is the finals
• 8 teams will qualify for the finals, teams that qualifies for the finals will be in the money

In the first round:

• Any player who wins 1st place shall grant his team automatic qualification to the finals, regardless of the current standing of the team.
• Whenever a team's total number of KO bounties reach 16, they will stop playing, and be automatically qualify for the finals, regardless of the current standing of the team.
• Their chips and bounties will be removed from the round immediately and they will be automatically seeded as the top team in the heads up round of the finals.
• Top 4 teams, including the teams that automatically qualify for the finals, will advance.
• If all 4 players from one team gets eliminated from the first round before we reach 32 players, the whole team will be eliminated from the event.
• On the other hand, If your team has at least one player that made the final 32, even if your team does not qualify for the final in the first round, your team will still compete in the resurrection round for the remaining 4 seats of the finals.
• First round will have 15 minutes levels, and we will go to hand for hand when we reach 33 players.
• 10 seconds shot clock will be introduced at the start of the round. Each Player will receive 5 time bank. (10 Seconds)

In the resurrection round:

• Any player who wins 1st place shall grant his team automatic qualification to the finals, regardless of the current standing of the team.
• Top 4 teams, including the teams that automatically qualify for the finals, will advance.
• If all 4 players from one team gets eliminated from the resurrection round before we reach 16 players, the whole team will be eliminated from the event.
• Level time is 10 minutes in this round, and we will go to hand for hand when we reach 17 players.
• 10 seconds shot clock will be introduced at the start of the round. Each Player will receive 5 time bank. (10 Seconds)

Tie breakers for Day 1:

• In case of a tied score in either rounds, teams with more knockout totals will advance, if the knockout total is still a tie, the player with the highest finish in the round will carry his/her team to the finals

In the finals

• There will be 3 different events for the 4 players from each team to participate in
1. 8 handed SNG, one member from each team will play in this
2. Tag Team KO SNG, two members from each team will play in this
3. heads up elimination, one member from each team will play in this
• In heads up play, each player will play 3 rounds to determine their rankings, except 7th and 8th place finisher, they will have the same score and do not need to played the 3rd round.
• One player can only play in one event, and cannot switch team members once the event started.
• In the case of a tied score for first place in the finals, an extra round of heads up will be played among the top two teams.
• Each team will elect one team member to play one round of heads up match. Regular tournament rules apply for other tied scores.
• During the tie breaker, teams are allowed to sub a player at the start of each level, each team will have 3 chances for substitution.
• SNGs will play with 15 minute levels, heads up will play with 8 minute levels • 10 seconds shot clock will be introduced at the start of the finals.

• In the unlikely event that we do not have 36 teams to play in the team event, at least 20% of the field will advance to the finals

TAG TEAM KO EVENT RULES

1. Teams must register together.
2. Each teammate must check in at the table.
3. Teammates will play and change every blind level or the team will be disqualified.
4. A starting stack of 20,000, will be split in 2 stacks of 10,000. The first stack will be in play on the first level, then the second stack will be added in the second level when players switch.
5. If the first player gets knocked-out in the first level, the team mate will take over and will receive the additional chip stack. KO happens when the team lost all their chips.
6. Each KO bounty counts as 1 point for the team. The bounty points will be added to the total team ranking points.
7. When down to 3 teams, Players can now sit together and can discuss the hand and plays.
